The FN50 Customer Service Awards are presented each year at the FN50 Dinner and they recognise outstanding contributions from employees of the UK’s top leasing companies who have gone above and beyond in their approach to customer service and support.
Kelly Kane, Head of Contract Management at Alphabet (GB) Limited commented: “On behalf of everyone who works at Alphabet, we’re delighted that Sarah Sawyer has been recognised this year as one of the industry’s ‘Rising Stars’ in customer service. Sarah has been with Alphabet for six years so we’ve known for a while that she’s one of our star performers– but it’s fantastic for her to receive this external recognition at the FN50 Dinner in front of the entire leasing industry.
Sarah has been the driving force behind a number of successful initiatives which have delivered ongoing, continuous improvements and enabled our Customer Satisfaction levels to excel. She is extremely well-regarded within the business and demonstrates all of the qualities we would expect to see from the leader of a team.
Sarah brings a wealth of knowledge to our Contract Management department and is always willing to share this to help others develop. She understands the importance of empowering others to succeed. As with any business, there is always significant amount of change, but the measure of someone’s character and quality is their ability to adapt, develop and deliver successful outcomes for our customers and their team. Sarah is the type of individual that everyone wants on their team and we’re delighted for her to receive this recognition.
The FN50 Customer Service Awards are an important date in the calendar for Alphabet as it’s the one night of the year that all the hard work and effort that goes into delivering first-class customer service during the other 364 days of the year gets recognised. Which is why it’s so pleasing to see Jessie Brewer, Gemma Fisher and Glenn Hamilton being shortlisted in the ‘Customer Service Individual’ category at the FN50 Awards. These are individuals who work across the broad spectrum of products and services we provide so it’s brilliant to see excellence being recognised in so many areas of our business.
These FN50 Customer Service Awards are a real boost not only for the individuals involved but also for everyone who works at Alphabet. I’d also like to say a huge thank you to all of our Alphabet customers for their support throughout the year, as well as the testimonials and feedback they provide on our employees who go above and beyond to serve them. This award is for them too.”
