Alphabet scores double for innovation in Fleet World Honours 2016

21 April 2016 – Business mobility specialist, Alphabet, today announces a double success at this year’s Fleet World Honours, winning recognition for ‘Innovation in Contract Hire and Leasing’ and ‘Innovation in Service, Maintenance and Repair’ at the awards ceremony held at The Royal Automobile Club in London.

The Fleet World Honours award for ‘Innovation in Contract Hire and Leasing’ was received on behalf of Alphabet by Mark Gibson, Head of Marketing and Business Development in recognition of the company’s market-leading initiatives over the previous 12 months. These developments included the launches of Virtual Handover and new AlphaGuide App, enhancements to the AlphaCity corporate car sharing platform, zero emission, e-Car Sharing becoming available for the first time, expansion of the AlphaRent+ fleet, as well as the continuing success and growth of the Alphabet Partner broker channel. Kit Wisdom, Head of Technical Services, received the award for ‘Innovation in Service, Maintenance and Repair’ for the recent Teleservices initiative delivered in conjunction with BMW UK.
